Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,677 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB5-associated genes across cancer lineages are DFFBP1, FAH, and GAPDH. Each is linked with ZBTB5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB5-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB5 versus DFFBP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
