Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,443 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP204, ZNF192P2, and TCP11X3P. Each is linked with ZBTB5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB5-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP204 grouped by ZBTB5-low versus ZBTB5-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
