Q-omics provides the consensus-scored ZNF192P2 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. ZNF192P2 expression is associated with patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in DLBC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, ZNF192P2 is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Additionally, ZNF192P2 RNA expression shows 8,986 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight DLBC, BLCA, and THYM as cancer lineages where ZNF192P2 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
