Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZBTB46 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZBTB46 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ZBTB46 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZBTB46 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD, SARC, and PRAD are the cancer types where ZBTB46 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
