Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZBTB46 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZBTB46 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZBTB46 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZBTB46 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and GBM show a favorable association.
UCEC, CCRCC, and GBM are the cancer types where ZBTB46 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
