Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB46 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,944 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB46-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA splicing, Negative regulation of autophagy, and Establishment of protein localization to plasma membrane. Each is linked with ZBTB46 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB46-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB46 results are reported.
