Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,181 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB44-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL5, MEN1, and ACTR2. Each is linked with ZBTB44 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB44-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB44→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
