Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,209 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB44-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sex-chromosome dosage compensation, Regulation of organelle assembly, and Flagellated sperm motility. Each is linked with ZBTB44 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB44-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB44 results are reported.
