Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZBTB44-DT Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZBTB44-DT data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZBTB44-DT Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZBTB44-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where ZBTB44-DT Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
