Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB43 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,885 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB43-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX10, PSMB7, and TTF1. Each is linked with ZBTB43 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB43-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB43 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB43 versus TEX10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB43→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
