The most reproducible ZBTB43-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of vacuole organization, Negative regulation of macroautophagy, and Positive regulation of autophagosome assembly. Each is linked with ZBTB43 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB43-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB43 results are reported.
