The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher ZBTB42 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZBTB42 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THYM and ESCA are the cancer types where ZBTB42 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
