ZBTB42

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB42 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,306 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB42-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BAG5, PPP4R3A, and CEP170B. Each is linked with ZBTB42 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB42-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB42 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB42 versus BAG5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB42→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
