Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB42 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,501 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB42-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXNP3, RN7SL321P, and RAB28P2. Each is linked with ZBTB42 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB42-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB42 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXNP3 grouped by ZBTB42-low versus ZBTB42-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB42→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
