Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB42 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,788 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB42-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrion-endoplasmic reticulum membrane tethering, Negative regulation of RNA splicing, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with ZBTB42 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB42-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB42 results are reported.
