ZBTB41

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB41 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,095 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB41-associated genes across cancer lineages are FANCD2, C18orf25, and NUS1. Each is linked with ZBTB41 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB41-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FANCD2 grouped by ZBTB41-low versus ZBTB41-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB41→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
