Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,139 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F8, SKA3, and CLSPN. Each is linked with ZBTB4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB4-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB4 versus E2F8 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
