The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher ZBTB34 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZBTB34 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LSCC are the cancer types where ZBTB34 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
