The most reproducible ZBTB34-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCMH1, LSP1P4, and MED27. Each is linked with ZBTB34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB34-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB34 results are reported.
