Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB34 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,411 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB34-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBGCP5, MED8, and CHCHD4. Each is linked with ZBTB34 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB34-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB34 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBGCP5 grouped by ZBTB34-low versus ZBTB34-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB34→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
