Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,435 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB34-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein sumoylation, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with ZBTB34 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB34-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB34 results are reported.
