Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB34 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,392 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB34-associated genes across cancer lineages are THAP9, CLDN7, and ANXA2. Each is linked with ZBTB34 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB34-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB34 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB34 versus THAP9 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of -0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB34→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
