ZBTB3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,674 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC24A, CPSF7, and HSP90B1. Each is linked with ZBTB3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB3-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
