Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,508 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, and Cilium-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with ZBTB3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB3-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB3 results are reported.
