Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB26 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 575 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB26-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNPLA5, EEF1A2, and SPEF1. Each is linked with ZBTB26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB26-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB26 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB26 versus PNPLA5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB26→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
