Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB26 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,250 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB26-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, ANKRD9, and ATP5MC1. Each is linked with ZBTB26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB26-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB26 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKA1 grouped by ZBTB26-low versus ZBTB26-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB26→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
