Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,805 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB26-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein polyubiquitination, mRNA transport, and mRNA export from nucleus. Each is linked with ZBTB26 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB26-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB26 results are reported.
