Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB22 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 642 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB22-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR99AHG, MIR5009, and ISM2. Each is linked with ZBTB22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB22-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB22 versus MIR99AHG in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB22→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
