ZBTB22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB22 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB22-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Shc_pY317, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with ZBTB22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB22-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by ZBTB22-low versus ZBTB22-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB22→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
