Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,525 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB22-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of macroautophagy, Negative regulation of autophagy, and Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with ZBTB22 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB22-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB22 results are reported.
