Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZBTB20-AS5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZBTB20-AS5 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ZBTB20-AS5 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZBTB20-AS5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and LAML show a favorable association.

HNSC, THCA, and KIRC are the cancer types where ZBTB20-AS5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
