ZBTB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,850 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARID1B, TOP2A, and PPIL4. Each is linked with ZBTB2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB2-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB2 versus ARID1B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
