Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,772 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGIF2, ASXL1, and IPO5P1. Each is linked with ZBTB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB2-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB2 versus TGIF2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
