ZBTB16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,777 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB16-associated genes across cancer lineages are PER1, FKBP5, and KLF9. Each is linked with ZBTB16 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB16-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB16 versus PER1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB16→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
