ZBTB14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,505 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GATAD2B, RRBP1, and RSL1D1. Each is linked with ZBTB14 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB14-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
