ZBTB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, GAPDH, and ACC1. Each is linked with ZBTB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB1-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by ZBTB1-low versus ZBTB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
