Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,191 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of lymphoid progenitor cell differentiation, Positive regulation of hematopoietic progenitor cell differentiation, and Vesicle tethering. Each is linked with ZBTB1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB1-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB1 results are reported.
