ZBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,532 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRF1, FGL2, and APOL3. Each is linked with ZBP1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBP1-to-partner and partner-to-ZBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBP1 versus IRF1 in SKCM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
