Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,102 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAT1, STAT2, and TAP2. Each is linked with ZBP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBP1-to-partner and partner-to-ZBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBP1 versus STAT1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
