ZBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, 4E-BP1, and MIG-6. Each is linked with ZBP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBP1-to-partner and partner-to-ZBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rad50 grouped by ZBP1-low versus ZBP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
