ZBED6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBED6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,000 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBED6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGF, OTUD7B, and PTPN14_S594. Each is linked with ZBED6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBED6-to-partner and partner-to-ZBED6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBED6 versus HDGF in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBED6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBED6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
