ZBED4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBED4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,630 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBED4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDGFRB, SH3RF2, and LINC01399. Each is linked with ZBED4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBED4-to-partner and partner-to-ZBED4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBED4 versus PDGFRB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBED4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBED4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
