ZBBX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBBX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,188 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBBX-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFPL1, POC1A, and GHITM. Each is linked with ZBBX in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBBX-to-partner and partner-to-ZBBX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZFPL1 grouped by ZBBX-low versus ZBBX-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBBX→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBBX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
