ZBBX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBBX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 190 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBBX-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOT1L1, SNTG2, and TMSB4Y. Each is linked with ZBBX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBBX-to-partner and partner-to-ZBBX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GOT1L1 grouped by ZBBX-low versus ZBBX-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBBX→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBBX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
