ZAN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZAN RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,639 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZAN-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPO, SLC35G3, and DPF1. Each is linked with ZAN in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZAN-to-partner and partner-to-ZAN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZAN versus EPO in KIRC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZAN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZAN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
