Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZAN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,147 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZAN-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSRP1, CCNB2, and MELK. Each is linked with ZAN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZAN-to-partner and partner-to-ZAN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSRP1 grouped by ZAN-low versus ZAN-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZAN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZAN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
