The most reproducible ZAN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to nucleus, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Positive regulation of stem cell population maintenance. Each is linked with ZAN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZAN-to-partner and partner-to-ZAN results are reported.
