ZACN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZACN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 869 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZACN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-58P, IGBP1P5, and ATP5PBP4. Each is linked with ZACN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZACN-to-partner and partner-to-ZACN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZACN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZACN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
