Across TCGA patient cohorts, YY1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,823 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YY1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to UV, Nuclear export, and Positive regulation of DNA biosynthetic process. Each is linked with YY1P1 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YY1P1-to-partner and partner-to-YY1P1 results are reported.
