Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, YWHAZP4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated YWHAZP4 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher YWHAZP4 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated YWHAZP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and UCS show a favorable association.
KIRC, KIRP, and LIHC are the cancer types where YWHAZP4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
